30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — including buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or simply changing your mind — you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The 30-day period begins from the date the item is delivered to your address, as confirmed by tracking information.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase), and items that have been altered, washed, or worn. These exceptions are clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at admin@dumio.media with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and attach the provided shipping label
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Return Shipping

Free return shipping — We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will not be charged any return shipping fees or restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Credit/Debit card payments: Refunded to the original card used. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund and placing a new order to ensure availability. This is the fastest way to get the correct item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at admin@dumio.media. Include photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including all original shipping costs, within 48 hours of verification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe stated above, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)
  3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@dumio.media
