Shipping Rates

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL (for international orders)
The carrier is selected based on your location and package size for optimal delivery speed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and 50+ countries worldwide, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more.
Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for express shipments. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available via USPS only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- A tracking number
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
International Orders — Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If unresolved, email us at admin@dumio.media with your order number
We will investigate and provide a resolution (reshipment or refund) within 48 hours.
